Edigan WIP

Watercolor sketch thing in progress (I am putting way too much work in to be a sketch so it’s kind of not anymore).

Here’s my reference.

      • I am using Faber Castell Albrecht Dürer Watercolor Pencils, as you can see from the pictures I have the whole set. I bought it for my right leg a few years ago. At least it seemed like it cost me a leg at that time. It was like… over 300€ though. I don’t remember. I haven’t used them in over a year.

      • Thank you! I’m planning to use them more often. Doing beadwork kind of cultivated a different approach… I don’t have this burning urge to make everything perfect. So I am feeling more comfortable to draw again. I know there are flaws, I just don’t care, I’m happy that I drew a thing at all. I guess, this is a better mindset then just obsessing forever about every brush stroke.

      • It’s so beautiful… I feel that the “not-perfect” approach allows it a) to come into being and b) to have increased vitality and organic qualities!
